Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during work, and any change orders will be presented in writing prior to additional charges.

4. Warranties

Workmanship warranties are detailed in your individual contract. Manufacturer warranties for materials are governed by the manufacturer.

5. Payment

Payment terms are detailed on each estimate and contract. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Michaelenzo Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service.
